Yes. I'd think the Nintendo logo would give it away.

I thought it might be a graph pulled from NPD. I'd assumed that since NPD has Nintendo's permission to release their sales figures, they might also have the right to use their official logo. Granted, I didn't think it through thorougly at the time, I didn't even notice the logo till after I had posted, yet before you mentioned my mistake, and didn't give it much thought at the time. Just what I mentioned above. Couple that with the obvious question of why the hell Nintendo is releasing NPD graph data comparing software sales, and you got what happened in a nutshell. A mistake was made. A victimless crime. Zenfoldor, the culprit.

Nothing is completely obvious when you overthink it.
