Maybe a small button on the front page with "you don´t trust our data? click here to learn more" should help out.
The link would send you to a site where vgchartz methods are explained, where you can find graphs comparing vgchartz to other companies like media create and NPD to show how accurate the site is and explain the difference shipped vs. sold (with a link to the shipment site of vgchartz).
I´d really like to do something like that but I don´t know where to find graphs (or how to make them) and I´m not sure if my english is good enough for it.
