They also rated Soulcalibur an 8! Woot!
However, they gave FFT: A-2 an 8, and FFIV remake a 7, citing multiple releases(I'm sure).
Don't be fooled, FFT: A2 is good, but the IV remake is possibly the best RPG on DS, and it definitely beats A2, which I would give a 7(going by edges scale, which is very harsh).
The highest scoring game was Braid for XBLA with a 9/10. Edge actually compared it to Bioshock. Get it on your radars.
