I think it was discussed a looooong time ago that most developers are more experienced on the 360 while the Cells architecture is a big mess... so who cares ? MGS4 is arguably the best looking game on any console, so if Konami could pull it off any other developer should be, that is if they want to be taken seriously from PS3 owners...
