As I said, many of those tasks can be made in parallel with the game's development. It just requires proper planning and cooperation between developers and subsidiaries.

It's all "pretty" (huh?) and "logical" because it also has the virtue of being true and accurate--just because you want to believe it's all down to incompetence doesn't make it so. Basically, your argument (such as it is) belies a profound ignorance of so many facets of product development, supply chains, financial concerns, market pressures, promotional campaigns, etc., etc. that it's hard to take you seriously. You appear to seriously believe there can't possibly be a valid, array, of reasons why game releases are, typically, staggered across territories and ascribe it all to Nintendo being incapable of properly managing their product line.
