You...may want to reexamine the situation then (I can keep going if you want...) True, the budget for a Wii game is still dwarfed by those of the HD ones, but considering that Hd budgets revolve so highly around art assets that's kind of a given. In the meantime, the Wii is getting more and more games from publishers on the high and low end of the scale. It's even starting to get precisely the same games that the HD consoles are. So, look again.
As for the Wii having poor software sales...no. Just no. Few third parties games are bombing, and I invite you to name a few that are. The final sentence, about the PS3, is especially delicious, since developers are de-emphashizing it in favor of the Wii.
