Also as an aside I hate Nintendo's new not showing anything until the game is basically done. I do know what they protect but it just sets gamers up for more disapointment. If we knew what we were getting we could just focus on those games and dream about that one game we wish Nintendo would make again (3d Donkey Kong please) also games like Zelda and Smash would sell better if they have more time for hype to build. Stupid decesision.

I don't understand this point of view.  A couple of months is plenty of time for hype.  Too much longer than that and you set yourself up for overhype, and a let down once the game actually launches.  What really disapoints gamers are delays, and a failure to live up to expectations.  Shortening the window between announcement and launch helps to alleivate that problem.

Even if we knew what was coming, that wouldn't stop anyone from dreaming about future games.  Everyone knows that FFXIII and FF Versus is coming, but that doesn't stop everyone from talking about wanting KH3 and a FFVII remake even though those games are currently unannounced (as far as I know) and are a long way off in the future.
