@ spanx i dont know, but N did lose a case recently and tecnicaly as of sometime last week no gamecube or any sort of control derived from n64 or cube is supposed to be on the market for sell.... they lost some sort of appeal that ms and sony settled out of. i think they have one left. though i do not know if this covers used goods or games
