You should watch me when I play Wii Sports. I'm a total spazz when I play, but you'll never accuse me of not getting a workout. (I've been more careful ever since I pulled my shoulder from bowling).
I'll have to reserve judgment on Wii Fit until I can find one that's actually going for MSRP.
