Neither. He's a dude who posts articles he finds interesting. It doesn't mean he agrees with them.

I needed to quote that, because sadly it's spot-on. There's a reason I consider "hardcore" to be an insult nowadays. Hopefully this madness will end in the next few years, or at least die down a bit.
