The only ports of N64 games are Super Mario 64 DS and Ridge Racer DS. After the exclusion of the Pokemon games that still leaves more than 20 first party titles (excluding all the Training games as well).

Diddy Kong Racing or Mario Kart much?
Don't get me wrong, there are some good ones out there like the New Super Mario Brothers, Nintendogs (they are good games, but not for most people on this site), Advance Wars, or Elite Beat Agents, but I still find Sony's first party stuff to be better.

I forgot about Diddy Kong Racing, but Mario Kart DS is a new game.
Anyway, I was just correcting you since you made it sound like the majority of DS first party games were Pokemon titles or ports of N64 games which isn't even remotely true.

No its not ... just because they add a couple of remade tracks or port a couple of GC tracks its not a new game . I unfortunatly had the game , I bought the hype , just to play instead trough NSMB for the 3rd time ...

Sorry, but did you forget to mention Online and Wireless Lan, which are the best things about MKDS? It is definately far from a port.

Well it has no voip so online falls flat IMO ... if I play with my friends online I DO WANT TO TALK TO THEM ...lets just say its an updated port , similar to Medieval Ressurection then ... OK ? ;)
