Could we get Fatal Frame IV this year in the U.S?

If Fatal Frame sells very poorly, then why do they bring them in the West in the first place.

 

They sell "poorly" in comparison to some of the big franchises (I don't think any of them have gone platinum). They're still profitable though, or else they wouldn't keep bothering.
