Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo introduces 'Best of' series in Japan.

Well, this is wonderful news for Muramasa, which saw terrible sales in Japan. Hopefully it'll boost the sales of that game there. Perhaps they'll bring this idea to the west to encourage more interest in third party software? One can only hope.

Six upcoming games you should look into:

this is a must have here in western where alot of good software has being forgot ... like Little King Story, and Dead Space (even if it is on-rails)

GO PATS! 2012 THE YEAR OF NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS'S 4TH SUPER BOWL!

A patriot to the end. GO PATS!

Now playing> THE LAST STORY (Wii) Best RPG I EVER PLAYED. *-*

Nintendo could u please just take my money and give me back my 3DS?!

Hmm, can DBZ budokai tenkaichi 3 reach a million after all ? =D

I'm glad this is happening but I really hate the need for ugly boxes. I'll have to grab a copy of Muramasa before the pretty ones are hard to find.

when will they hit the stores?

Around the Network

Considering this is based off the Nintendo Channel, does anyone have a list of the titles that are bronze, silver, gold, or platinum for Japan. I of course am able to get the ones for the Americas, but obviously don't have a Japan Wii. Anyone know where we could find that or have an ability to post it so we can see what's to come.

But yea this is a good idea by Nintendo and a way to push it beyond just what games have sold well in the area but also a way to show the customer what their peers think is the quality titles too.

Feb 25th.  They'll hit alongside Monkey Ball Athletic, GTI Club World Race and Daikaishu Ultimate Coliseum DX, so a weirdly full week for Wii.

Yeah without anything special though. However it is a good move, and maybe it will spur some of these games on

Yeah, none of those 3 are huge sellers.  Hell, I think Tales/DBZ the budget releases will probably sell more.  Maybe 428 too.

I guess considering this might come over to the west, here's a list of all the games that are bronze, silver, gold, and platinum on the American Nintendo channel. Maybe I'll create a separate thread for this later, but for now this seems appropriate. It would also be nice if some of our European members list the ones for the European version or if it is different by country then that as well. And as I said, would be nice to see the Japanese list. But for now here is the North American one:
