That's just for europe and US. In japan it sold more than that and was sold out several times, surpassing Square's expectations.

I say that is a good-great number. Especially including all DLC available. A sequel is already teased too.

This game actually sold well, never noticed before.

Metacritic is not so kind to it, though. Strange, I never noticed this game before, it was probably around the time I was completely depressed about 3DS's situation - the pre TGS 2011 and pre price cut era.

                                               Animal Crossing won't reach 650 pts.

24pts for its last day is not that difficult. It will be more like 14-18pts, but that's not bad.

Some of you were just high thinking it will reach 700-800pts.

I think it came out last October. It got swallowed up in the hype for Mario Kart and 3D Land. It's not a terrible game, but it's definitely forgettable.

With Japan, where game was sold out during launch, it did more than 300K. Good, I think.

Damn it! AC set for a massive first week! 500k+ in the bag.

And btw for a mystery dungeon game, those numbers are kinda low. The 2007 DS version did around 500k FW and ended with 1.5 mil. 2009 version on the other hand did 140k FW and ended with 440k. I would expect something in between for this game, especially being the first real Pokemon game on the 3DS.
