I think someone should create a thread called, "When was the last time you trolled the wii".

I haven't played all day, can't wait for the kids to get to bed so I can get some COD and NSMBs in.

Trolling? Hardly. It's the truth. I own a Wii. It barely gets touched. Many people feel the same. How many people out there own a Wii simply for Wii Sports and/or Wii Fit and only use it for parties and exercise. I stand by my statement. 3rd party sales suck because despite the large number of consoles sold, a decent percentage of those only get limited use or use for a very specific reason.

Keep this in mind when reading what I type...

Let me clear something up for a second. Despite not having touched my Wii for awhile, I'm seriously looking forward to playing NSMB. It's sitting in my house right now, but it's actually a Christmas present for my son. The waiting begins.

But now the really surprising one for a lot of people:

27,916,841 - PS2 (All publishers combined) Top 20 LTD
22,378,848 - Wii (Nintendo published games only!) Top 20 LTD

The top 20 Nintendo 1st-party games on the Wii have already almost matched the lifetime top 20 sales on the PS2. Think about that for a second. The Wii has only been out for 2.5 years, and still has a userbase less than half of the PS2. With Wii Sports Resort, NSMB Wii, Wii Fit Plus, Mario & Sonic @ Winter Olympics, continued back catalog sales - the Top 20 Nintendo 1st-party titles could quite possibly surpass the top 20 overall PS2 titles by the end of this year (only 3 years on the market!). I bet very few people realized just what an insane amount of software Nintendo has been selling on the Wii in Japan.

Wii owners must be the healthiest folks on the planet.

Stop, you're trolling when you say "many people feel the same".. This thread has just proved you seriously wrong. 14 people out of over 100 people agree with you. That is a minority. So stop suggesting that your view is a popular one. That is my point. I hope you're teaching Doug better than this illogical over-generalization

With COD: Reflex, NSMB Wii, and F1 2009 all coming out within a week of each other the question should be when was the last time I didn't play my Wii.

Thebest part about his trolling is that the WIi sells more 3rd party software than its competition. So the entire platform for his trolling is factually and objectively incorrect.

On topic: Last time I played it was last night,fulfilled some SSBB challenges. May end up playing again tonight.
