This guy is apparently James Manning from ATLAHworldwide. He's been on fox news to defend his sermons which claim that Obama's mother was a whore, and that Obama is an emissary of the devil. He's also apparently a friend of the birther movement.

So...is this even legal? Is he going to be in prison soon? I mean he stops just short of saying "Go get a gun, and shoot Obama". He literally says "If Obama lives, America dies" "What's it going to be? Is it going to be Obama who rides off into the sunset...? We must take decisive action now" Notice how wrong the phrasing of that first statement. It's not "Obama is destroying america" it's not "if obama is not impeached america will die" it's "IF obama lives, america WILL die."

Oh yes, and just so everybody knows apparently the FBI and secret service have apparently already been sent this video by various people and organizations. So that's already been done.

I didn't watch the video, but I read your highlights. I think he has the right to say what he likes, but I think even the most hardened Republican (Looks at Halogamer1989 lol) wouldn't even say half that stuff.

He had no right to imply that Obama should be killed. You can say anything you want about the president, with the exception being a threat against his life.

Maybe I phrased that badly. He has the right to critique Obama on his policies, but implying he should be killed isn't good at all. Even the hardcore Republicans wouldn't say that.

ROFLMAO, ofcourse so if a mad man goes on tv, and says "IF YOU LET HIM LIVE YOU WILL ALL DIE!! (him being the PRESIDENT)" its obviously ok right?

He has the right to free speech up until the point where it crosses the line to inciting violence. He has crossed that line, he deserves to be criminally charged in my opinion.

What in the world? I know Obama's campaign to bring Crash Team Racing to the American PSN was an embarrassing failure, but c'mon. Killing him? That's ridiculous.

Seriously, though. This guy. He's on the list.

No, I wouldn't.  Manning cracks me up but this goes to far.  I will do everything I can to help out conservatives and Republicans this year, next year for midterms, and (hopefully Romney) in 2012.  I will not, however, make myself out to be a fool even though I cannot stand King Hussein.
