does FIFA has different versions between console and PC? I tried Fifa 09 on PC and didn't like it so stuck with PES 2009 which was ok. I tried the PES 2010 demo on PC and it was pretty good.

The problem with the FIFA PC version is that they use the same engine as the PS2 version. At least it was this way until the last game, i don't know if FIFA 10 will be different, but if it does i might give it a try on my laptop

What, anything outside US is abnormal?  Besides, given the game you'd expect European sites to have a better feel than US for a game that's popular in most countries but the US.

It is not a football game. FIFA is a soccer game.

Madden is a football game.

Actually Football ( soccer to americans ) was created by the English. It existed long before American football. The term football is exactly that, your foot on the ball. Not running around holding it and throwing it.

There is no S in Fifa. Fifa stands for The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (French for International Federation of Association Football)

Fifa was created to govern Football all over the world. Soccer was a term given to Football by americans to stop it clashing with American football. So in reality, football fits what you call soccer not only in what the game actually represents but also in history as it came first.

Wrong, I'd belive that only includes the United States of America [maybe Canada] but not Mexico not any other countries in N. America.

It's funny how we're assuming PES is going to be better , being the complaint of the Author, when PES has only been better than FIFA once or twice in it's life time.

Second Konami always screws up features for could be amazing games or god games (MGS4 online being an example)

Whaaaaa???

We can argue 2008 and 2009 (I still think that PES 2009 is much better than Fifa 09, at least PC versions), but I think everyone accepts it as a fact that PES owned Fifa in all the PS2 iterations
