looks like games are upping the ante. Sad that people call for AO ratings for a pair of boobs but not gruesome decapitation.

This has to happen if games are to be be considered a valid artistic medium.  We have to get to the point where people act the same way about games that they do with movies.  Certain games like this will be paving the way.  Games are still in relative infancy, getting attacked by people who are still in games=toys mode.  That thought process has to be altered.

Gears of war 2 is far more AO than a pair of boobs. You chop a man in half for fuck sakes. Are Christians that afraid of breasts? I mean, I'm a man, and I have them, my wife has them. Sure they're nice, but they are not the real treat.

I started to get excited for this game until I remembered something.  Sony does NOT allow AO rated video games...  So, who knows... is it nudity?  Yes, but, can it get away with an M rating?  Yes, but, then their's controvery because soccer moms will be talking about how their 16, and 17 year olds are playing game with nudity, and such...  It's probably gonna be sensored, or either sony allows an AO rated game... But, how many stores are going to distribute it?...

AO, or M, thanks to that video, I'm now interested in the game.

I agree. Thats the mentality that really needs to go. I still remember all the fuss about the "hot coffee" mod. It's kind of funny watching people make such a huge fuss over mere pixels when there are truckloads of 'real' porn available on the internet that any child who was interested in the "hot coffee" mod must have already accessed.
