Ey I'm doing better now! I got a new job, I got motivated for my thesis again all of a sudden and despite losing one of my bedpartners I still got one left and perhaps I can soon add a new one :D. It isn't all doom and gloom PS3'07..

Tonight I got to wait tables and make $58 in a 2 and a half hour shift, and tomorrow I'm gonna bus, so I'll probably work 4 hours and make $30. And the coworkers are jerks who treat me like I'm a kid at my first job and have no idea what I'm doing, and don't understand that I've worked at bigger and better restaurants back when we had an economy, and made more money than all of these bums. I hate this job and as soon as I find a better one I'm quitting. I finally got a little free time and was just wasting it drinking and cleaning and moving furniture around the new place, and then I was like "Oh snap, so many VGChartz homies to catch up with." I can't believe I disappeared for so long. |

You sound swamped just trying to make ends meet, but are you doing anything to advance yourself in your chosen career?
WoW, nope. Not yet. Just doing whatever I can to stay alive and try to slowly climb out of debt. Can't find a way to use my crummy irrelevant degree that only qualifies me to analyze and curate film.
I want to try to write a bit here again to stay fresh. I'm helping to curate a film show through the Pacific Film Archive at UC Berkeley in a few weeks, but that's part of my unpaid internship class from last semester, and I don't think they have an opening to hire any of us after the show. Totally lame, because I think the professor/boss likes me the best, 'cuz she takes my side in any argument with the rest of the student curators.

Oh it's not all bogus over here. I've still got my youth, my health, my good looks, my dance moves, my fat rhymes, my boyish good looks, and my devil-may-care attitude. I don't mean to sound like such a downer. Just explaining why I fell off the Chartz for a bit.
