Why would they do that? The Sony motion controller is far more precise, accurate and useful than Natal.

Sony has hyped the precision of the wand since it's initial announcement. However it's "usefulness" is completely your opinion...I've noticed you often like to state your opinion as fact...

Each of these systems will have thier challenges, and each offer something the other doesn't have.  It's cool that you prefer one to the other, but until the games for each are out and playable, it's a LOT premature to start discounting one over the other, just because of your personal preference.

IF you insist on continuing, how about qualifying it with an "IMO"?

OH Snap!...And Trios is PS3 Fanboy...you got owned!

Article pertains to Natal and PS3 motion controller. The article's headline clearly states it is about Sega possibly unveiling games for both as well.

So I ask, why is the title of the thread only mention Natal and why is it only in the MS section?

Cuz I don't own teh PS3...and...Maybe I'm being a bit of an Xbox 360 fanboy....by only caring about the Xbox 360 part of these news....Oh well....someone should report me..

Master Chief and Sonic at the Olympic confirmed. :P

More accurate..yeeeeeess.. we saw that during the Sony live demo....

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

I still don't understand how Natal is going to work on anything apart from that ball game and maybe the driving game. You couldn't exactly play an FPS as although you could maybe get the looking around working, how will you fire? I doubt it is that sensitive that it can pick up your finger movement on a make believe trigger.  Even on the Burnout Paradise demo, they couldn't simulate the analogue action of the foot pedal (i.e. full power on and off). It might be ok for simple strategy games with point and click and drag actions, but anything more advanced and Natal is going to get into trouble. I guess its all down to the developers and how they use the technology, but I don't expect to be blown away by what is released.

This is why you are not the lead game designer at Sega... there are people who can actually use imagination... I know it's hard, but if you can think back to when you where a kid I'm sure you'll find some inspiration

You didn't actually respond to what I was saying at all. All you did was a poor attempt at an insult. Can you "imagine" how Natal can be used for the majority of game genres past its rudimentary ability to control movement? Someone let me in on Natals secret, which goes further than it's ability to pick up you swinging your arms like a bat, or hold your hands out like a steering wheel. Maybe im thinking about this all wrong though, maybe all it will be is just a gimmick to play party games to appeal more to the casual market.

Im not trying to tread on anyones fanboy toes here, just to get a better idea of its intended use.

Perhaps you should not be trying to pidgeon hole Natal into current genres that were designed with current input devices.  Just because you cannot think of ways to make use of the technology, doens't mean someone else won't.  We will have tow ait and see what kind of software is in the works.

I'm thinking that Sony isn't going to have large support outside of it's own internal studios if they launch in spring... Microsoft is a little bit more well possitioned with Natal as it's target seems to be the Holiday Season...btw arsenicazure you need to cut down your list of things or at least take out the double space because you sig is way to big.

mods aren't enforcing sig size anymore

Current-gen game collection uploaded on the profile, full of win and good games; also most of my PC games. Lucasfilm Games/LucasArts 1982-2008 (Requiescat In Pace).

According to Adam Sessler(x-Play) it had no problems doing this.

And reallty people do you really think that Microsoft would buy a company just to see it main product fail?
