How many weeks do you guys think it'll take before the Wii is back to beating the PS3 after the 299$ price cut? I'm thinking 3. Easily by the end of September.

Never really. Wii doesn't have any big sellers for a long time, and it's only $50 less than the PS3. So people will most likely buy it instead of Wii.

Xbox 360 is a different story

Im picking 2nd week.

The max I'm thinking is about a month, the 360 already showed that price is not the biggest factor when it comes to the Wii. The numbers should be closer now, I can see the PS3 giving a much bigger challenge to the 360 now, though.

While I think a safe prediction would be the third or fourth week, I'm going to make the outrageous prediction that the Wii will outsell the slim PS3 on the first week ... This is certainly not a sure thing, but the PS3 would have to increase its sales by roughly 5 times their current level to pass the sales of the Wii; and this might be possible due to the low sales level of the PS3 currently, there is a pretty good chance that it will fall short.

I think i'll go for 3 weeks, even if i think Wii September sales > Ps3 september sales...we have a lot of different predictions, it'll be funny seeing who will be right...
