So its another wrestlemania where we all stomach Reigns. I was pulling for Ambrose.

Regardless of whatever trash last night was, watch Raw from beginning to end tonight.

You just might get an early christmas present.

Hmm.  He's been right before.  NXT call-up, maybe?  Bullet Club?

Shane O Mac VS The Undertaker!

Happy that Shane is back but I don't know how to feel about him facing Taker at WM.

Also, AJ Styles' next feud is against the Social Outcast?  Interesting choice.

I wouldn't do that. Shane hasn't wrestled in years and he's almost 50.

Taker's gonna lose.

Will be through interference.

Might be from Sting or Cena himself in one way or another.

Cena.  It was supposed to be Cena vs Taker at mania.  Probably set up their match at Summer Slam.  Though I don't think Cena would turn heel...

Maybe.  Depends on their intentions with the storyline.  For instance, Shane might not really be "back" at all.  They might have called him in out of desperation because they can't build a match around Cena, Orton, Bryan, Rollins, or Sting.  He really does have other business interests, especially in China.  This might be a one-off where Stephiple-H wins and Shane leaves.  I hope not but it's possible.

But at that point, they should get Jericho to wrestle Undertaker.  A full heel Jericho will be able to run a good program with Undertaker.  Plus Jericho's in great shape and knows how to chain wrestle.

Unless Vince feels that Taker vs. Jericho isn't big enough.  He'd have a point, too, in that Jericho has mainly been used to put over other guys and that this year's Wrestlemania is seriously lacking in major storylines.  They've been reportedly trying to get big names to return but everyone is shooting them down.

Dave Meltzer said that Shane left to begin with because Vince has essentially picked Steph and HHH to succeed him instead of Shane.  I'm sure that hasn't changed.  Shane, right now, is an on-air figure only.  It would be nice he came back and took some kind of backstage position but I wouldn't blame him if he didn't want to work under Steph/HHH.  I don't even know if he can do that because of his business interests elsewhere.

I'm sure they can set him up as a paper-VP with a salary that would make me weep tears of jealousy and let him basically be an actor on RAW but it all depends on what he wants.

Report: Shinsuke Nakamura getting main event money for a 'significant run' in NXT

Even more interesting is that the Observer reports Nakamura is set for a "significant run" in NXT. No specifics are known about how long he'll be there, and the plans still look to be for him to join the main roster, but the former IWGP champ is obviously important to the short-term plans for a promotion that's growing as a travelling brand.

-------------------------

He certainly deserves it in my book.  There is no way he was going to leave New Japan for table scraps.  I cannot wait to see him in NXT.  I just pray that the casual fans on RAW react for him.

I'm guessing they just want him in development so they can teach him the 'WWE style' and get him polished up on English.  As long as they let him be himself, I'm cool with that.  Besides, right now NXT Dallas looks a hell of a lot better than Wrestlemania.

It's so bizarre with WWE right now.  The undercard is so strong.  Even with AJ, whoever is booking him, is doing a great job.  I'm sure if they book Nakamura right, he'd be fantastic in the company.  Owens, Ambrose, etc.  Then you have the main event being booked by idiots.  You'd be surprised the main event and the undercard are coming from the same company.
