I was expecting them to either give it a 40 or something odd like a 37. But looks like they're going for the perfect score again.

I can't really comment since I haven't played the game myself (and its one of my most anticiapted games of this gen).

Yeah, its coming to America.  Though its anyones guess when.  Supposedly Nintendo is going to help fund marketing for it and try to develop more attention for the series.  Iwata has stated it is one of his goals to 'make Dragon Quest IX popular in America'.  Lord knows SE hasn't been trying.

OT: Expected. It's Japan's favorite franchise and now it's portable.

This game is not deserving of a 40. It has some serious flaws. But from what I have played I still think its an excellent game.

The same reason a CGI movie staring Jack Black can generate multiple millions of ticket sales in America.

If it was a low grade (lower than 32 in this case) this thread would be 5 pages long. Good news in not interesting news. BTW Famitsu scores sucks, FF XII should be a 12/40 game.

Yeah, I Own the game and it is wonderful. I like it more than DQ 8 PS2.
I think that it will be released on november 2009 in USA and Europe. That's just a prediction.

Don't listen to the bad reviews for this game. There's a lot to do, that's incredible for a DS game.

I'm sure that when it will be released in USA, Gamestop will not give a good review because it is a DS game, they will say that the musics are not good and for the graphics, that Squex's error is that they not released it on HD console.
