Forums - Sales Discussion - Wii Fit vs. PS3 gap less than 2 million!

With Wii Fit at 20.78 million and the PS3 at 22.45, the gap between the PS3 and Wii Fit has shrunk to 1.67 million.

If Wii Fit continues to outsell the PS3 with 100 000 units per week, the PS3 will see its numbers beat in November.

Will the holiday season or Wii Fit+ be PS3's saving grace?

I know threads like this pops up once in a while, but the gap is starting to be ridiculously small.

hahaha, that will be a great shame for Sony.

Well i'd say Wii fit plus will crush that trend.... but then again, should wii fit plus be considered separate for this specific race?
It'll be interesting to see lifetime sales of balanceboards in the future.

OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO

Soon will be more affordable to realese Balance Board Only than PS3 only.

For some reason, I have these two lying around (well, I added June), so I decided to post them. They're the same data, just presented in two different ways.

And here's the montly gaps (in case anyone is interested)

Kind of highlights Nintendos 'harcore' problem, a userbase almost as big as the PS3's and not a single worthwhile game to play on it.

A sad reflection on gaming. Personally it wont ruin my enjoyment of gaming if more people prefer the Wii fit toy.

Don't matter theres no way it'll surpass it by the holidays and thats when the PS3 likely get the Slim or price cut or both.

Also as soon as Wii Fit Plus comes out then obvisouly no one will be buying Wii Fit anymore.

Sony needs to make a PS3 Fit

Tee hee. I enjoy your crying.

Wii Fit, Shaun White, RRR:TV party are three awesome balance board games that I own, I'm sure there're others.

Anyway, go Wii Fit. I wonder what will happen when WF+ launches
