HEy don't get angry, they won rightfully

If the world of football was "right", the final would have been contested between USA and South Africa...don't come here talking now of "winning rightfully"

Don't you mean, if it was right USA should'nt even be here.

AGHHHH! I knew this would happen. Why does Brazil have to be the team with the most luck in the world? I told skeez they'd win with a goal in the last minutes. It always happens. Brazil has the best damned luck. Like in the Copa América 2005, like against Egypt here, like against South Africa...this always happens

I remember watching that game (really late at night), mate you must've been heartbroken . Brazil are a bit like Germany, so relentless they will push and push until the end and thats why its so hard to beat them.

Can't say for sure (I didn't watch the US matches, I wanted to watch US-Spain but I had classes), but I heard they beat Spain deservedly. Unlike Brazil, who played way worse than South Africa and reached the final thanks to a help from the ref

Not more than a normal match (I don't root for my national team), but what pisses me off is that you KNOW Brazil will score you a goal in the last minutes. It simply happens

The USA didn't use Freddy Adu... instant fail.

Has that boy ever done anything? I only recognize him as a fantastic player in Football Manager...I've won quite a lot of titles with him

I like Freddy, I really do.  But he's not one of the best 20 American players right now, and he hasn't been in the past.  In the future, who knows?  But right now he's not.  He didn't really deserve to be in the squad, much less on the field in the final.

Adu is one of the most overatted football talents in recent years, well pretty much created by Nike corporation and mass Media, he flopped in Europe, and cant even break through to American National Team, i know he is still young but he wont be better than average US player.

I dont think he even will become a star of the MLS.

Interesting Zexen, how come you're not cheering for Argentina? Is Boca the only team that you support them?

It's the only one I support seriously. Of course I have other teams I like (Everton, Fiorentina, Valencia, Huracán). But yeah, it's the only one I'd wake up at 3AM to watch it play against Gamba Osaka in a friendly in Japan, if that's what you mean

As for why I don't support Argentina, I myself don't even know that. It doesn't come out me. When I watch a goal for Boca, I get a happiness that's superior to everything else. When I see a goal for Argentina, I don't feel anything. I would be a good case for a psychologist
