I mostly play RTS and Moba style games now adays as well as ALOT of benchmarking. I do play other games however such as the witcher 3 and Crysis 3, and recently Ashes of the Singularity. I love gaming on the cutting edge and refuse to accept any compromises. Proud member of the Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Long Live SHIO!!!!

see? this kind of threads just fuel the wiihaters posters...how on earth can the counduit achieve such record?! I won't doubt is good but Halo 3 had the HUGE reputation from the lñast 2 games and the expectation was extremely high! The xbox360 is 99% made of core gamers while the wii is around the half more or less.

TC it has expectations but is more among the core gamers. It will sell good but in a moderate way. It has been proved that the blockbuster mentality doesn't work on the wii.

So please, stop this kinds or threads. They are way to absurd and are just material for trolls with skulls avatars.

I think people do Halo 3 a disservice by saying it was hype which gave it it's sales. Sure the hype was necessary to achieve good/great week 1 sales, but the hype is not the reason it smashed records. Halo 3 is part of a (sub) cultural phenomenon, that is why it had the best ever opening week for a FPS on a relatively low (at the time) install base. Halo 3 is the seminal Xbox 360 game, the quintessential Xbox franchise, the Microsoft flagship in console gaming. From where does the Conduit get all these major sales boosting factors?

The question is not will the Conduit beat Halo 3, but will it beat Killzone 2?

The answer to that is also no. Perhaps a better battle will be: Will the conduit outsell Ninja Blade?

Do you think it can make it? I would not be surprised if it were to achieve it - Wii games sell tremendously well these days and it's no surprise they're dominating all software charts - the games on the other consoles often don't stand a chance - that is something incredible Nintendo has accomplished.

As stated, I think this one can do really good - it's an anticipated first-person shooter on the crazy monster console that is the Nintendo Wii.

Well, seeing as that you have all negative answers so far maybe you know the answer? I would guess it'll sell less than a million life time. Its not a umpteenth reiteration of a 20 year old franchise, it wont sell huge numbers on the Wii.



I own all three current consoles and a great gaming rig, now thats out of the way.
