You're missing one important detail: those people hate THE WII. When Sony and Microsoft release their wiimote rip-offs, they'll embrace them and keep telling everyone "how much better the wiimote they are", even if it's the same damn thing.

if all the developers are going more wiggle party games soccer mom shovelware than yeah I'll probably skip it but I'm 100% sure that won't happen Motion controls can still be Implemented to be great and immersive and have a up to standards graphics

Well, some of that 29.07% probably just hates Nintendo, so they'll stay. And then you have to think with all three consoles having motion madness that all the MOTION MADNESS SHOVELWARE will be more spread out and not concentrated on one system to the point that is becomes hard for lazy people to find good games.

I don't care for the Wii because:

• The motion-sensor technology is poor (Motion+ should have been implemented from the start).
  
  
• Bad specs, really bad (memory storage/graphic/audio). Gamecube, hello?
  
  
• Game library is not for adults (and I don't mean blood and gore... I mean mature psychological content, like in Mass Effect.
  
  
• The price is wrong. Wii should be at 149$ with a nunchuck.
  
  
• No HD? No love from my Home Theater setup. 480p? my god...
  

You see, I don't care for Wii AND I'll buy next-gen consoles.

They won't quit gaming (on Sony & Microsoft consoles) and they won't quit hating.

I didn't vote in this poll, but if a wiimote style controller was the standard on all next generation consoles... I might just skip playing games on consoles and go back to the PC.  I am all for having an optional secondary wiimote style controller for games designed for it.  But if I have to stand up and swing my arms around to play a game, or play half the games with the most ergonomically incorrect tv remote because half the games don't even utilize motion control and so I have to turn it sideways and have to pretend it is like a real controller, then no I won't buy the console.  I understand the idea behind the wii, I have friends bring it over on several ocasions for us to play.  But it something fun to play in moderation, at least for me, I do not want to use a wiimote as my standard controller, and I never will.  If I have to turn back to the PC because all next generation consoles jumped on the band waggon, I will.  I hope not though because I get real tired of upgrading my hardware every week for PC gaming.  I really hope there can just be a seperate wii style console and a traditional style console, or a traditional style console with the optional wii style play. 

i think the people who hate the wii is closer to 50%.
