People should look beyond Killzone 2 sales. The custom engine that was built for the game is extremely well optimized for the PS3 and as such there is a good chance that it may be used for other games therefore saving money in the long term.

It is amazing that a game like KZ2 runs so well on the PS3 without any installation. So in the long term it will likely be a great investment.

 And well, thats just sad since Uncharted is a much better game.

And it seems like Sony just broke even with the game after two weeks :)

Uncharted came out during a time when Ps3 owners had a choice between 2-3 good games which boosted sales of Resistance and Uncharted. I think Kz2 will most likely sell less now that there are more games on market and Ps3 is actually releasing games.

You know for sure it won't make much money for sony because you personally saw the accounts, you saw the books. 

Then you looked into the future and now know exactly how much it will sell.

It's more of an issue of being happy the game reached expectations since so many PS3 games and the PS3 itself have fallen so short of sales expectations.

How do people think this wont make money for Sony? It's tracking close to COD waw. Thats at 3 Million now. Plus the DLC Coming for it
