Someones enjoying Master Chief's company. The general consensus in this thread is that Snake would win, now, I'm not sure if that Master Chief fanboy helmet of yours is altering how you interpret that, but Snake would win. Anyday. Anytime. Anyplace. Xbox. 360. PS3. Wii. DS. PSP.
The first level of Halo 2? That was more like a bouncy castle fest.
Get over it. Seriously. You've argued with every Pro-Snake person in here, which is the vast majority, and quite frankly, you've failed.

Do you have an actual argument (or any point concerning Snake's ability to overcome the Chief's overwhelming advantages in hand-to-hand combat), or would you like to just declare victory based on popular consensus (which you don't actually have - leastways, not by people who are actually reading the topic or participating in the discussion)? Do you notice that the only people who have tried to argue this point at length end up abandoning the conversation so someone else can argue for them, conceding the point, or oming up with different matchups where a naked Master Chief actually has a chance to lose?
I understand how tempting it is to just claim victory and decry the opposition as a fanboy, but please do not. I am no more a Master Chief "fanboy" than I am a Solid Snake fanboy. I prefer Snake as a character. It doesn't change the fact that the Master Chief, in terms of combat ability, is so far removed from him that it's not a fair fight.

That post presents most of the relevant arguments in one place, but I will convey them further.
The Master Chihef has more combat experience than Snake, has been genetically, surgically, and cybernetically modified to be over three times stronger than the normal human, have bones that are unbreakable under normal amounts of pressure, reaction times more than three times faster than the normal human limit, the ability to move more than twice as quickly as the average person...
This isn't fanboyism talking. It's an acknowledgement that, for whatever reason and regardless of story quality, Master Chief is a one-man battalion who was specifically designed to be abl to fight threats which were far more than human, with or without his armor. Snake, in spite of his essentially perfect physique, is still just a normal man whose experience is primarily in normal human engagements. Yes, he killed a bunch of very large tanks using high explosives, and that's impressive, but it doesn't change anything.
The closest thing you've got to an argument is how Snake can fight the Cyborg Ninja in hand to hand and win - but it doesn't change the fact that Snake not only isn't fast enough to hit the Chief, but even if he was he wouldn't be able to do more than bruise him because his bones are essentially unbreakable and his internal organs are fortified against minor injuries. Snake could shoot Master Chief directly in the forehead and it wouldn't do anything but piss him off.
That's not fanboyism. It's the kind of fighter that Master Chief was conceptualized as.
