Forums - General Discussion - Do you feel that you are a well known poster?

hmm not really, I mean its easy to get well known, you just have to make a bunch of controversial threads, but then you are known for the wrong reasons, getting recognised takes consistent intelligent or funny posts.

That's probably why we've had very, very few lousy mods. Those who were picked made a name for themselves the right way.

I garnered quite a reputation before I became a mod, although for what I can't remember. I mostly went around the forums trolling and somehow I became really popular. Now I'm a mod so I'd say I'm fairly well known on the site.

You really were trolling? ^^

And then you become one of the strictest mods. :/

I don't think I'm too known. I think it's partly because I don't say too many outrageous things. I guess I'd like to be known as a relatively level-headed gamer who has Sony leanings.

I think your Kim possible signature helps you stand out. I recognise you when you make a post.

As for me, I don't think so. I've been around for just over a year. I don't really post anything controversial or attentiong grabbing. And my posts per day is only 1.8 a day currently. So I wouldn't say I'm well known.

I added a new question to the OP. It might make you wonder.

don't post often enough to be known. In fact I don't even know who half the people who claim to be known are. I have been here a long time though

Help! I'm stuck in a forum signature!

Oh pl0x. I wasn't even in the running for harshest moderator last year.

Nope. I don't post regularly enough.

No, but so what. I was told that I got a loveable avatar, what more could you ask for?

I learned this weekend that - if I ever feel the need for 10 seconds of forum "fame" - I could always create my own "I will leave VG Chartz" thread.

I remember you as "Guy who loves Lucasarts and has good taste in movies."

Oh, thanks. I remember you as someone who seems to know way more about many games than I know even about my most beloved movies.

And just for the record: I still love many of LucasArts' old games and I always will, but I'm not interested in the company anymore. They released their last great game in 1998.
