Of course, take all rumors with a grain of salt, specially those concerning Team ICO (after that, how many times have we seen the rumor that they'd unveil Trico at E3, at TGS, etc). Still, in the unlikely case that this turns out to be true, this will be awesome

Now on to the VGAs! According to rumors, Team ICO will be unveiling their mysterious game which has many gamers excited with anticipation. Some have even speculated that the game would be a sequel to Shadow of Colossus or ICO. There has been a great deal of false hope given in the past at E3 and at the Tokyo Game Show with a no show of the highly anticipated game. Hopefully, the rumors turn out to be true.

I don't believe the rumor, but still, there's hope that it may be true. I'd kill to see what Team ICO has us prepared, and I'm sure a lot of people here will too. Also, I don't have any idea how credible is that page

It seems feasible. They were almost ready by TGS, so there's no reason why this can't be true.
