I think it should be put on the weekly hardware sales on the right hand corner. It's still relevant in terms of sales because the Gamecube and XBox are discontinued, and the PS2 is not. If it weren't for the PS2 Sony would be suffering even a larger loss each quarter - the PS2 keeps Sony's ship from totally sinking (profit wise).

Oh and to top it off, despite being a HUGE OMEGA Microsoft fanboy - I am getting Persona 4 and I love my PS2. Persona will once again be the RPG of the year and it will once again be on the PS2 - pretty relevant imho.

That's not really smart. I mean, Ps2 is from the last gen. If you are gonna include ps2, mine as well include atari =) and all the consoles before this gen.

 But is Atari going head to head with PS3? NO

I'd love it if VGchartz tracked retail pc sales.

No the ps2 shouldn't be on the same page, the way its currently handled is fine... (and bloody hell its cheap, I can get a ps2 with 2 games for the same price as some special edition hd games... so tempting for someone that didn't have a ps2).

We are in a new generation, the 6th generation is behind. Just because the ps3 isnt doing that great and its sales can be compared with ps2's doesnt mean they are in the same generation. Therefore, things should remain as they are.

 When was gb and ps3 fighting? Never...
