This was my favorite movie when I was a little kid.

"No specific release date is given for Ghostbusters, although Atari intends to release it to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the movie next year."

Interesting. Ghostbusters was released on June 8, 1984, according to IMDB. That seems too far away to me, considering that is game was originally scheduled for Q4 2008. I've also seen an early February release date on retailers websites.

It's too bad that twesterm can't talk about release dates.

Why? is he one of the guys making the game or something?

Yes he's apart of the dev team.  Level design to be exact. (I hope I remembered that right lol)

Yes.  Although I don't know what he does exactly.

I asked him yesterday and he couldn't tell me anything about the release date.  Part of his NDA, I guess.

edit: beat me to it

Hey Twesterm, you should talk with the boss(es) about doing a complete Vgchartz makeover for the game, it would be nice to see some blockbuster game advertisement on-site.

Tease.

I just hope Atari doesn't go bankrupt by June, especially considering that it was bad that those morons at Activision dropped the game so close to it's release, I don't think I could take losing the game a second time.

I might rent this.
I would buy it, but I haven't been "hyped" quite yet. A demo would help.
