I only buy one console each generation, so none of them suck. I have great experiences with all of them (PS1, GBC, Xbox, Xbox360) :P

This is definitely the right answer here, on both parts. You've got to love everyone else naming legitimate consoles with great libraries as the worst though. I guess they haven't really had to make any truly regretful decisions.

I want to throw Virtual Boy into the hat, because outside of the Wario Land game, which was a classic, that thing was an absolute waste of time.

He asked the worst console you've owned. Not many people have been unfortunate enough to own a Jaguar or Virtual Boy.

Could that be because this thread is about worst console you owned? :) I haven't owned a lot of consoles so my choice is obvious.

easy... the damn wii. it is the only console i have sold before its respective gen ends. bah i really hate it, made me lose a lot of money that I could have used on my ps3,360 or pc

Yeah I acknowledged that. Read the bolded. If you think owning a console with a legitimate gaming library is regretful, owning one of the worst consoles could push you into suicide mode.

To be fair.. Nowadays it's much harder to buy a crappy console.. With the internet and all those game sites with streaming video's.. Back then you didn't know anything about a gameconsole.. sure there were magazines.. but they came once a month & so you didn't knew which games & how many games were coming in the future.. So it was way easier to get a crappy console.. *looks at his Jaguar, 32x, SegaCD, Neogeo Pocket, little glance to his Saturn & Dreamcast*
