It seems that Too Human has struck a chord with Xbox Live users and has passed the 900,000 demo download mark. According to Microsoft, the demo has "been downloaded more than any other action demo on Xbox LIVE Marketplace in its first week of availability and has been one of the top played titles on Xbox LIVE overall."

Too Human is still on track for its on August 19th for a MSRP of $59.99(USD).

I wonder how many of them Dennis Dyack downloaded? :)

Seriously though I liked the demo and look forward to playing the game when it arrives.

It did have a lot of hype behind it. Now it'll depend whether or not the demo was good. If not well then not so great for sales.

But this is definitely enlightening news for the title.

Yeah I enjoyed the demo too. After hearing the people complain about it and its camera, I was expected another Operation: Darkness. The flaws in Too Human were overblown by people that seemingly have it in for the game for whatever reason.

The amount of demo downloads doesn't really mean anything.

I tried it out yesterday and have to say i enjoyed it a lot and will definitely be purchasing...It was dubbed a failure many moons ago so it faces an uphill battle but should find a decent sized audience...

Playing: Alan Wake, Borderlands, Dragon Age Origins, Beneath a Steel Sky(iPhone)

Patiently waiting for: Crackdown 2, Dead Rising 2, Brink, Enslaved.

Enjoyed the demo and already pre-ordered.

Although I did balk at some of the character models and animations...

it's going to do just fine.

I'm surprised by the amount of people who had first seen the game and didn't think much but when they got the chance to play it for a few hours alot of people have managed to get hooked.

It's looking good for Too Human
