Yes because the PS3 is never going to get passed 30k over the 360 a week.. because MGS4 didnt make it outsell the 360 by nearly 200k in one week.

By 2009 the PS3 install base should be very close if not passed the XBOX 360's, and GTA is popular on both consoles. GTA V would be a much better game than GTA 4, better visuals/content/bigger environments etc..

Rockstar wont make another inferior GTA, that you can count on.

 China or France those are the select areas for the next GTA.

Tokyo for awesome advertising everywhere, and cool lights and architecture. You'd get gardens and temples by day, and then Shinjuku at night.

Tokyo or Paris would also be great for car chases.

MY guess is somewhere in Europe. Some where in South America also seems possible.

Also, after the sales of GTAIV, you'd be f'ing nuts to think they'd allow the next one to be exclusive to one console.  Even if the PS3 did have a higher install base at the time, think about it.  GTAIV cost $100 MILLION to make.  The next one, since it will obviously be much better, will probably cost 50% more.  Do you honestly think Rockstar is stupid enough to slash off their chances of another 6-8 million sales?  I think not.

Also, I think Microsoft will have some type of solution for storage at E3, thought it's just a feeling.

Yeah, a return to San Andreas would be a sweet idea, as it was my favourite GTA.
Either that or an 80's New York feel with a retro twist and old-school hip-hop.

Hmmm it would be fun screwing around with the french but china would just be cooler allaround...

 That is perfect, this is why i want it to be PS3 exclusive, they can make it very big.
