Well the game would be in sd, and Ithink it the wii doesn't do the same audio as the ps3. So maybe if they compressed alot of things they could fit it on one disc. Probably not though. 2 discs would sound more likely.

Everything in MGS4 is compressed..

Also dont think just because its down from HD to SD your going to get the same graphics, and trust me it wont look any better than MGS3, AI, MUCH LARGER ENVIRONMENTS, for it to fit on 2-3 discs etc..
