There are still plenty of reviews to come. And the score is still going to be high. So if you are a MGS fan, you are probably gonna love it. Even if you've never played the series before, like myself, I think it looks awesome still and will a title that people can enjoy.

A 91% score is "low" considering how highly most of the PS3 fans predicted it (some went as fas as to say it would get into the Top 10 on GameRanks and some even further by saying it would topple GTA4, SMG and LoZ:OoT.)

Personally, I think 91% is a great score, considering how few PS3 games there are that are 90%+ (Last I checked it was 4) and you have to take into account that most reviewers will claim that we've been playing the same game for 4 installments now (add on the re-releases/"masterpiece" versions) and a lower score is expected, it's what happens to all franchises.

Dude... you're sad... just play the games man... who gives a fuck if a compilation of subjective reviews say the game it's not a 95% or a 100%... that doesn't mean that the game it's going to be the most amazing pice of electronic entertainment on the face of the earth...

Numbers suck at this kind of things... it's like trying to rate the color blue or red... it's stupid...

I feel bad for you... if you are going to let numbers spoil your MGS4 experience...

OMG! 91% The sky is falling the sky is falling. God it must be depressing to be a game reviewer. So many words ignored because of 2 digits.

I give this thread a 9.1.

Its no GTA, but I'm pretty sure the scores will increase - at least in the short term. I'd expect final score to be in the 92%-95% vicinity. It only takes a couple of early "poor" scores to bring the average down when there are 8 reviews.
