Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wiimote hurts my hand...can i sue?

I dont know in america you can sue pretty much anything.

sometimes they even win......

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

I don't understand what is hurting you.

Are you squeezing it too hard? Or is it from the actual wrist movements that presumably you are performing over-enthusiastically.

If it is neither of the above then I don't know what's wrong with you, I have a friend who has incredibly weak wrists (might be something to do with her bones I can't remember) which could mean even average Wiimote swings cause pain (although being careful with it for a while could probably help to train your wrists)

If this isn't just a joke thread and you are getting pain from swinging then sorry but it is not a design fault and you have absolutely no case against Nintendo.

"why not take a break" = no :)

I stubbed my toe, Im suing whoever made that rock!

Explain the pain and maybe someone here can give actual advice. I mean is it your wrist? Your fingers? I have trouble understanding how it would hurt your hand since it's like holding a small television remote. That never hurt you did it? You're the guy that sued McDonald's for spilling coffee on himself, aren't you? If you are from America, I'm sick of people like you suing for everything and making me and the rest of my country looking like jerks.

Not all the games, as far as I remember only Wii Sports does that (maybe Wii Play and Wii Fit too?).

Mario Kart Wii definitely doesn't, which is why I often spend hours playing online matches :P

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard, what is this world coming to where we sue over everything just to try and make a quick buck.

Nintendo still doomed?
