Locked: Wiimote hurts my hand...can i sue?

Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Wiimote hurts my hand...can i sue?

Of course, you can! If you want to be a millionaire/billionaire.

$100 per console sold. 26180000*100=$2 618 000 000

Then, you don't even need to work for the rest of your life.

If you become handicapped, you will get even more.

Try to get other Gym stuff also, they will make you sore and not able to work. So, sue them again and get even more money.

Poor PS3 Sales Means Smaller Losses

"Actually, because the number of units sold was not as high as we hoped, the loss was better than our original expectation," Quotes from Sony’s CFO Nobuyuki Oneda.

I find this thread idiotic. Can I sue you for wasting 30 seconds of my life?

I dont know in america you can sue pretty much anything.

sometimes they even win......

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

I don't understand what is hurting you.

Are you squeezing it too hard? Or is it from the actual wrist movements that presumably you are performing over-enthusiastically.

If it is neither of the above then I don't know what's wrong with you, I have a friend who has incredibly weak wrists (might be something to do with her bones I can't remember) which could mean even average Wiimote swings cause pain (although being careful with it for a while could probably help to train your wrists)

If this isn't just a joke thread and you are getting pain from swinging then sorry but it is not a design fault and you have absolutely no case against Nintendo.

"why not take a break" = no :)

I stubbed my toe, Im suing whoever made that rock!

Explain the pain and maybe someone here can give actual advice. I mean is it your wrist? Your fingers? I have trouble understanding how it would hurt your hand since it's like holding a small television remote. That never hurt you did it? You're the guy that sued McDonald's for spilling coffee on himself, aren't you? If you are from America, I'm sick of people like you suing for everything and making me and the rest of my country looking like jerks.

By the way, I forgot to mention.......
If you have a Wii, you know that after 20/30 minutes the videogame metions to take a break.

Not all the games, as far as I remember only Wii Sports does that (maybe Wii Play and Wii Fit too?).

Mario Kart Wii definitely doesn't, which is why I often spend hours playing online matches :P

Well Wii Sports is (can be) considerably more active than Mario Kart.
