 I haven't bought an NHL game since NHL'94 on the SNES, and i really have no reason to because nothing will ever top that game

Between this and NCAA 08, EA has definitely make a jump in the graphics department for Wii. And gosh darn it, are they making some strides in gameplay too?

Wait, first Boom Blox, then Skate It, then NCAA 08, now this....? Is this the same EA we've all come to know and hate?

Can't talk about graphics from that footage too much. Nothing special i'm guessing.

But the rest looks amazing. Shot-calling and 5on5 is huge! This is like the classic playground football we've been playing for years now so it should be a blast. And I liked hearing how one gesture takes control of various moves depending on the situation. Don't know how it was for 08 but when I played Madden 08 I kept getting confused with stiff-arm and juke gestures.

shot call looks good as does the smaller 5 on 5 type of mini game-ish thing. But, the one waggle for all type of control is a little too dumbed down. Hope that is just an option for controls vs standard.

Welcome back. I wonder if you will actually start talking about the PS3's quality, instead of the Wii's faults, once it gets an exclusive worth our time.
