Still dumb.

I would have loved to actually have a mission in a game where I get to fire a Halo at that jackass. Instead, they put it in a comic. Laaaaame.

Very dumb, Halo Escalation felt like it should have been Halo 5 more than Halo 5 felt like it should have been Halo 5

Barely feels connected to Halo 4.

I've mentally blocked Halo 5's story from existence. Didn't happen.

How about all of Blue team versus Atriox, but only after team Osiris gets wiped out by him.

Lmao, I actually think Vale has potential (her love of Sanghelli culture mainly, being able to speak it and being friendly with one of Arbiter's teammates) but Tanaka and Locke can die.

Blue Team together will likely be able to take Atriox down, Red Team couldn't but they were ambushed, only just woken up and it's 3 instead of 4. Fred IIRC is established as being the best close combat fighter, forget which of Linda/Kelly but one is super fast (the fastest Spartan) and the other is an amazing sniper shooter, really makes you wonder what Chief has...Luck? Lol.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

1 Million views on an audio recording. We really are thirsty for some new Halo.

i bet we wont see that fatty untill halo 7 btw, based on the pace of story telling

I would literally get Ryu to ban you from this thread forever if it meant I could get some Halo Infinite gameplay right now.

Very possible, Halo Infinite would have to be a huge game to include The Ark in the story.

Infinite could end on Chief heading to The Ark or just arriving.

What do you mean end....? It's called Infinite. Why would it have an ending? If you think about it for 2 seconds you'll realize you're not making any sense.

^Wasn’t there a rumor that Infinite would be the only new Halo this gen? With new multiplayer content added all gen and 2 additional Infinite campaigns sold as DLC over the course of generation, continuing the storyline of the first campaign? That would explain the name “Infinite”.

i said that last week as a joke

Microsoft being silent about Lockheart is one of the dumbest PR decisions in console launch history ever. If they don't acknowledge this thing before July event and will show the games as "Xbox Series X" games I would really question what stuff their marketing department is smoking.

I don't know if it's really all that important for MS to make a big showing of Lockhart to us at this point. Those of us following along at this stage, keeping track of all announcements, fevering for next gen news....we're not really the target audience for Lockhart. As long as they announce it with a few months to go before it hits stores, they'll be fine. Especially since none of the next gen consoles (be it from MS or Sony) have price points yet, and both companies are expected to continue to play chicken with the other over the matter. Lockhart is irrelevant without the context of price.

One could even make the argument, that MS perhaps shouldn't launch Lockhart alongside Series X this fall. Whatever production capacity they have in the current climate, chances are that if they focused solely on making as many Series X systems as possible, they'd still sell out of all initial stock with a simultaneous worldwide release. Unless perhaps I'm vastly underestimating their production capacity.

And that's exactly why they need to mention it during July show. Because July show is probably the only one out of all MS shows this year which will attract people outside of hardcore gaming circle. Target audience for Lockhart won't watch "the Xboxing day" in August, they will watch the July show.
