This might be BioWare's way of making it harder for EA to postpone or put off production.



Seems early to me. Looks like it will be a cross gen title like DA:I.

Wouldn't be a good sign for the internal relations between the two, but it's definitely a possibility.

Of course they have EA's approval.  They couldn't be doing the project otherwise.  That's kind of obvious.  I'm saying that they might have pushed for the announcement so it couldn't be pushed back later without some fallout, as a hedge against the future.  Because "they are EA" doesn't mean BioWare has the same goals or priorities.  



Not that I was looking forward anyway, but just don’t announce it then!
