I found an article about PS3 sales in Poland. It comes from Sony PlayStation day conference. It says:
PS3 sales:
36k (apperently it's error, should be 32k)

PS3 forecast (end of fall)
over 50k

46% of PS3 owners uses PSN/PS Store

GTA4 for PS3 is outselling the X360 version by ratio 3:1

They also say about silver MGS4 bundle, new Singstar, Heavy Rain and new PS2 version.

32k PS3 sold (the article I posted above is apprerently wrong with 36k).

5k GT5P sold in two weeks (excluding PSN)

Edit: About GTA4 sales ratio mentioned in previous post. I think that SCEP have been misquoted and they said that the ratio was 1.3:1 in PS3 favor not 3:1. They also said that the ratio for Europe was 1.5 in PS3 favor (which was also misquoted in one of the article as 5:1 in PS3 favor). This information is unofficial (that's what the SCEP guy said) and comes from big distributors info.

I came across this before on my PS3 browser whilst my PC was down and forgot to post it. I remember Sony Poland's GTA IV 3:1 claim, but the Polish distributor claimed an even split.

The Polygamia site is a good one for Polish sales, and it's now easy to navigate for non-Polish speakers as Google have added Polish to their Google Translations.

Basically the distributor says GTA IV is the fastest selling current gen title in Poland, with sales being comparable across both formats. As you suggest, it's probably 1.3:1, as I'd consider that comparable. Clearly 3:1 just isn't comparable at all.

Incidentally, SCE Poland claim the largest number of PSN users in Eastern Europe, they seem quite proud that it's even bigger than Russia, despite haing half the installed base. A little ironic seeing that Poland didn't even get a PS Store until late last year. There are still a few SCEE countries without PS Stores, my guess is Sony don't consider it worthwhile until there is an installed base of 10k - 20k in the country.
