It beat the PS4 record for a Sony published game and is a couple of weeks away matching the PS3 record of 6 weeks which GFK says it's set to beat. Why is this not surprising to you but tropical freeze being 2nd for a few weeks is amazing?

Tropical Freeze received a lot of negative news before its release (A port of wii u at full price, that if Nintendo had removed it from the Eshop of Wii U). Also, we are talking about the UK, territory where Sony usually dominates and where Nintendo has not been so great in sales.

Switch has been doing ok in the UK. Anyway, tropical freeze as sold ~20k in 2 weeks. While that figure is ok, it's nothing great.

Other than that, why do you think it's OK for Nintendo to charge it's fans full price for a 2 year old port?

At what point did I say it was okay? I would have wished that Nintendo had taken it to 40 dollars! The only thing I said was that a lot of people talked about its price before its launch and that in one way or another can affect their sales.

By the way, a little over 20k in 2 weeks I think it's great to be a port of a wii u game and again, we're talking about Uk. And as I read, in the same period of time, it has sold much more than the Wii U version in Uk.

"But but it is a port of Wii U at full price! xD none of this matters! I'm glad to see the United Kingdom give DKC TF a chance !!!"

Since it was all part of the same paragraph and with the tone it kinda sounds like you're supporting the price. Sorry if that wasn't you're intention.

And we shouldn't be using anything Wii U to justify if something is a success. That console is one of the biggest flops in recent history. 20k in 2 weeks is just ok.

God of War isn't a big series in the UK. GOW 4 is the first one to sell so well, its at twice the best selling GOW game in UK.

GOW doesn't surprise me with its success. It is a very polished high quality game that delivers in so many ways. It would be quite mad to see a something of this caliber ignored or to see it fail.
