From what I've seen, there are no technical issues or anything on PS4 . Just seems to be because Sony had marketing rights for it and most critics got PS4 review codes.

Pretty sure its that PS4 is the main review platform, more reviews = more chance of diversity in opinions. Happened last gen with the 360/PS3

From what gameplay I've seen the AI is absolutely braindead.

It baffles me how games get more and more pretty yet the AI gets dumber and dumber.
