Honey is definitely not unhealthy, but it contains a lot of sugar. So it's probably not the best way to lose weight. But of course it's a lot better than cheeseburgers and soda.

It's important to eat a lot of fruit and vegtables. You should eat approximately 3 to 5 times as much vegtables as meat. Also make sure that you drink enough water (2 litres a day), it will make you less hungry.

I'd suggest drinking plenty of water, eating produce and finding means to get protein while avoiding sugar as much as possible.

No vegetables? Like... ever? That sounds unhealthy.

Theres lettuce and tomato in the cheeseburger um does that count?

Dude. Please try to eat some vegetables and fruit, and cut down on the cheeseburgers. 2 a day with little to supplement it is not very healthy. It's good that you're getting some fiber with the bread though.

Well... I guess they do. You could probably do with more than just that though.

If he's talking about fast food lettuce and tomato, that's not only a small amount, but it's low quality. They don't use the best lettuce and tomato to begin with, then it loses nutritional value sitting around after it's cut up and prepared.

I only eat meat and cheese. And not very much of those at all. I say go for it. Do what you gotta do to get your body where you want it. Last April I was 265 lbs. and now I'm 181. Do what must be done.

Ask stefl1504 for a sig, even if you don't need one.

Lots of vegetables and clean protein, avoid sugar and processed foods and try to hit the gym, you'll feel, perform and look better.

Word of advice though, don't change your diet overnight, gradually cut back on your junk food intake and substitute
your unhealthy meals for healthy ones over time. It'll be less of a shock this way.

You and OP should try to eat something else than what you are used to. It might be difficult to change your habits, but try to do it. Weight is not the only thing. Eating healthy food makes you feel better and makes losing weight easier. You don´t have to like everything, but eating only meat and cheese is not good for you.

Cheese burgers are very unhealthy, but if you sometimes want to eat soemthing like that, then make them. Its not hard to make better and a lot healthier cheese burgers by yourself.

If you're trying to lose weight, the first thing to think about is limiting your carb input.

Yes carbs are delicious, so don't knock them out completely, that would suck. But you are eating a lot of breads in your day. Bread with honey to start, then the buns for the burgers you eat. Try eating a pork chop or steak or some other meat once in awhile instead of a burger on a bun for you meat.

As someone who has a scale that I step on everyday that inputs into my phone, I can easily tell what days I decided to eat a lot of carbs (burger, bagel, pasta, pizza, ect) versus the days when I had other food. Again don't not eat those things, they are delicious. Enjoy your life. But if you want to watch your weight, try to find other things to eat once in a while.

Also don't take this as some carb cutting diet as the be all winner. Carb cutting or other 'diets' are just shortcuts essentially. There is no easy fix for health. You need to eat right, exercise, get good sleep and stay hydrated. Hell Michael Phelps probably ate like 8k or something ridiculous carbs in pizza alone, so you can eat whatever you want just know that requires much more effort in the gym, ect.

You should stop drinking soda, and really need to switch up your diet so that you're not constantly eating cheeseburgers. Cheeseburgers aren't really healthy. Just remember, there are 4 main ingredients to weight loss:

1. Exercise
2. Diet
3. Sleep
4. Mood

You need to have all 4 of these working well in order to lose weight and get healthier. Though, when you say maintain weight, do you mean so that you don't gain weight, or do you mean that you don't want to gain or lose weight?
