How much sleep do you need?

Usually 7 hours. Today I slept almost 10 for some reason.

Usually 5 to 6 and then after a few days like this I do one night of 10. The weird thing is that I don't sleep at night, I just get sleepy when the sun rises and then I sleep in the morning, I do this because I can, but it's not a conscious option, it's just the way my brain likes to work... At night I'm very active and focus and in day time I feel like I'm just working at 75%...

I aim for 7-8 hours a night. If I'm off work I'll usually sleep less though, probably 5 hours a night when I get a week off.

What kind of job do you have?

I work in retail and work a LOT of hours, even after cutting some down too, since we've been understaffed for a while now and my manager pretty much refuses to hire new staff... but to be honest this isn't the sole reason I only get so little sleep, I just live a rather stressful live in general and have been this way since high school lol.

I'm going to get around 4.5 hours of sleep tonight... ugh. Is the extra money really worth it.,,

During the week I generally only sleep 5-7 hours. On the weekends 9-10.



Minimum 6 hours. Any less than 5 hours, and my body will hate me.

Imagine getting two hours of sleep, then waking up less than an hour before doing a ten hour shift at work... then your body would REALLY hate you :P
