Crash Bandicoot, for me.

Based on what I have seen and heard, I'd vote for SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS.
A pity that option is not on your poll cause not only it is a remake, but in my opinion it is also one of the best games ever and the best game among all the games in that list.

Love these polls, Sony fans vote for the Sony games, Nintendo fans vote for any Nintendo games and Xbox will vote for Xbox games. I wonder how many voters truly played more than half of those games enough to judge them against each other. Not many people is my guess. These things are voted on console preferences rather than merit.

Well that was interesting. At first I thought it required an IGN account because I didn't see any voting functionality, but it turns out that something in my browser blocked the voting element on the page. It was probably either tracking protection, ad blocking, or both. Anyway, I voted for Crash because it's a proper remake and an excellent one at that, while most of the others are more like easy remasters with fairly subtle improvements. I mean, I'm voting for the best remake/remaster and not the best game among remakes/remasters, right?

I did compare them to the best of my ability! I mean, I've played only one of those, but it just so happens that it's also one of the few proper remakes on the list, and an excellent one at that.

Crash hand down, vicarious have done an amazing job at creating each level from 1-3 perfectly, just really hoping for a crash team racing remaster now, fingers crossed they've decided to go for it seeing the success of the n sane trilogy

Better to just ignore that one.
