That doesn't read like what you think it said. He's just saying Switch isn't affecting PS4 sales. It's not.

I've actually never predicted who will sell the most in a particular year. The only prediction I have made is that the PS4 will outsell the Switch in lifetime sales.

Now that the Switch supply issues have been solved (since September), why aren't sales surging as they should? Could be it be that stock wasn't really an issue? I always said that stock was low but people who wanted a Switch could get one if they looked for it.

yup they were a small issue, you could easily buy one if you paid 20-30-$ more on ebay or amazon for a while now, if you didnt wanna go store searching.

I don't think I did. You've quoted one of my earlier posts but what does it have to do with what's being said here (where we're talking about the US)? The financial reports are for WW sales and LTD sales. And I love them because it puts to bed the notion that the Switch is outselling the PS4 WW.

And even the store searching wasn't that hard. Plenty of sites show where there is stock. People could also pre-order and wait a few days.

Like I said, of the 100 or so posts you made since signing up 6 days ago, about 90 of them are about Switch, none of which were positive in any way.

It just makes no sense to talk so much about something you clearly dont like, if youre a sony guy than why arent you involved in sony discussions? Why are all of your posts about a brand/device you dont like or have any interest in?

I think it depends what kind of surge you are looking for.  If you expected monthly Switch sales to triple or quadruple in September, then double again in October, well sure, you might be disappointed.  In fact, sales increased by 50% from the middle of the year months into September.  That was a massive increase in my estimation.  

The big question is why October did not do better than September.  I think the answer is that there were only 4 weekends, but it's just a guess on my part.

I don’t know or care about ww. I want even aware there was talk of it. All I know is switch is winning most of the months here in US so far. And probably Japan now too I assume going by media create. Although I’m sure it’s doing well in Europe as well. If you thought I was thinking switch was outselling it WW, I wasn’t. I apologize if that wasn’t clear.
