I've actually never predicted who will sell the most in a particular year. The only prediction I have made is that the PS4 will outsell the Switch in lifetime sales.
Now that the Switch supply issues have been solved (since September), why aren't sales surging as they should? Could be it be that stock wasn't really an issue? I always said that stock was low but people who wanted a Switch could get one if they looked for it.
